Shouldn't x axis limits be interchanged? (Somewhere specific would be Ola/Uber and anywhere would be public transport?)

Not really. Ola and Uber allow you to pick a destination practically anywhere in a city down to a certain point. Public transport operate on fixed routes, and don’t take you to your door.
