you know what is a big deal with gpt 5? pricing per performance. if can replace o4 mini with gpt 5, gpt 4.1 with gpt-5-nano, this is a huge cost cut. this for very good reasoning models and cheaper than gemini flash series. i need to test real world usage, but i have a feeling'll.

i'm scaling down marketing to fix a much serious bottleneck: retention. my app has only around 3% retention on day 30 (horrible). even tho it makes solid solid conversions, im focusing down on what i know medium term will be much better. locked in on a full incredible makeover of.

fist time all projects have passed $700 MRR. last update i was in $500 and thought $700 by end of july was completely sketchy. this was partially because of Novo launching too, but super proud 🫡. my goal is $1.5k by end of august (let's see 👀)
