Today I’m in one of Nottingham’s more expensive hotels, and in an ‘executive room’ - the only kind left with a big bed. I’m not feeling much love for the bathroom!

Too busy listening to tweet yesterday, looking back 3 things stand out: 1. a real concern about confidence and capability in soft/people skills 2. the tension between scrutiny, integrity and reputation 3. lead by 'walking alongside' Fuller notes available to friends & family 😀

Getting ready for day 2 of @Wonkhe's Festival of HE and reflecting on yesterday's learning covering TEF, GenAI, Leading Change, and perhaps most powerfully the impact of the COL crisis and its impact on students. Impressive speakers, quality debate and great conversations
