ranma is the reason i can understand a bit of japanese since the dialogues they used are often repeated xD
ranma is always calling akane kawaiikune (uncute) sometimes irokegane (unsexy) the english version gets the job done but it turns out that in this panel, he's specifically using cute and sexy lol bro had those words on the tip of his tongue for a reason
