Reflexiones sobre las lesiones comunes en los esports 🧵 1.Nadie es inmune al estrés físico del juego. Hago ejercicio 6 días a la semana y todavía siento el efecto de 6 horas. Los juegos son una actividad de resistencia que requiere calentamiento, mantenimiento y recuperación.

It’s not about telling players to hydrate, eat well, rest, sleep, and train. The real key is teaching them what to do, when to do it, and giving them the best strategies to succeed. Our job is to educate and guide, not just throw information into the air and hope it sticks
