👉I focused too much on marketing without realizing how much churn would hurt me down the road. I hit my growth ceiling way too early and didn’t plan or anticipate it at all. I should have addressed churn from the beginning.

👉We had no tutorials, no onboarding process, and no “getting started” flow. Just a dashboard dump. Most of our churned users left without ever even activating the tool for the first time. Getting the user to FIRST VALUE should have been top priority.
