When I was younger my persona used to have the pink markings Ne Zha had because I liked him so much. Stopped when it became more accurate to myself, but it was nice to remember it. Still like Ne Zha as much as I did back then

I love how in this scene Macaque looks back at his past self like a third-person view and realizes it wasn’t just Wukong’s fault, but his too. And from the next season he actually starts caring more about Wukong and tries to protect him💜
