During today's hearing, NTSB focused largely on the flight of the Army helicopter at the time of the crash and routes taken. (5). Tomorrow, air traffic control and "collision avoidance technology" are on the docket. Onto tomorrow!.

And a medical flight exec said helicopters are still flying around Washington without location transmitting technology (called ADS-B). This comes even after it was revealed that the Army helicopter's ADS-B was not active at the time of the crash (4):.
