No charge for match programme in Parnell Park today. Supporters asked instead to put some change into a donation bucket for St. Francis Hospice. Hopefully this will start in other counties as well.

@pauriclodge Must be your first time in Parnell Park so. That’s pretty damning for an RTE GAA commentator.

@pauriclodge It’s been a great success over the years, sure all we want is the teams, and we support the hospice in a small way with our donations

@pauriclodge It’s always the same in Parnell Park, a donation for the hospice in exchange for a team sheet! 😇😇👍💙

@pauriclodge All proceeds donated to St Francis Hospice, over €21,000 raised last year for a good cause and similar amounts in previous years. Great praise due to Dublin GAA supporters (mostly!) for their generous donations at club and county matches.
