The politics of boxing never fail to amaze me!!.
I do not permit my sons to spar on fight week. This is based on my 35yrs experience being in boxing and having had 186 bouts amateur & pro. Machlan particularly because he isn’t as sharp on fight day & risking injury ect. Know your boxers. Mine are my kids!.

190kg straight bar deadlift… Really wasn’t feeling it today but used the ‘just start’ mantra & ended up smashing it!. Often just starting is all you need…. Where can you ‘just start’ today?. 🙏🏻
