Need to pay £2k credit card today & looks like money I moved last week won't make it in time - having to use cashback I was saving for emergencies to stop going £1k overdrawn. Shame. Liked having that there just in case. But I suppose this is a 'just in case' scenario. #cashback

Okay, can't be squinting at this tiny laptop any more, going to get an HDMI cable from the garage. Also, with 2 keyboards on the desk you'd think I'd type on the right one 50% of the time. But apparently not. It's always the wrong one.

Misjudged weather on walk to pick up prescription. Should have known when eyes started watering & nose started running second I was out the door; 1 and half hours later couldn't feel fingers or toes. Thought it was supposed to be mild for time of year? Maybe not at 7:30am though

Didn't want to mess up my credit history so caved in and paid water bill. Maybe next time I'll see what email 7 is like..? Now need to work out how to avoid going £1,400 overdrawn on the 24th. Merry Christmas.

Think the under 16 social media ban in Australia should be extended worldwide. And to adults as well. Because has there really been any upside at all? Is the world better in any way because of its existence? No.

I put 4 pairs of scissors in the newly allocated place for scissors (would have been 5 if I could have found the purple pair - they've been MIA for some time). How many are left in the drawer now...? None. And that's why tidying up is pointless.

Now at the 6th email for October water bill - this equals how far I took it for April bill. Do I stick or twist? Is there another level beyond this that doesn't involve bailiffs...? #waterbill

Takunda update: He's not dead, his GPS is broken. Just arrived & commented on the wind & rain (pretty miserable out there). I told him to drive safely & try not to get blown over and die (although I've got my parcel now, so I don't have much skin in the game any more)

Think Takunda is dead. He was supposed to be here between 1 and 2 (it's now 4:15) and he hasn't moved from this spot for over an hour. It's very windy out there, maybe his van got blown over on the hills. Thoughts and prayers. #dpd #delivery

Obviously, the logical course of action of that point was to move, so they could sit next to each other and I'd have 2 seats to myself. Of course I didn't do that. She made her choice. Also, given how she spoke to him I suspect he was glad of the break. #publicservice #buslife

Only highlight of yesterday was when a seat became available on the bus. I sat down & it eventually became apparent that man next to the window was husband of the woman on the opposite site, who was sat next to her friend/daughter. Shortly after, friend/daughter got off the bus.

So after setting off at 2:20pm got home around 9:30. Then, despite stopping at Tesco on the way, realised I had no cereal for breakfast tomorrow #idiot. So out to Tesco again. Then got back & saw there was virtually no milk #idiot. Will scrap my plan for cereal for tea then.

And now, after sitting in car for 2 seconds,, it's gone back into the workshop because the rear washer is shooting horizontally. How can you not check that after fixing it?! It's the 1st thing i did. Another complaint on the cards...

Half hour walk in the rain, 40 min sitting in wet clothes on a damp bus full of annoying kids, 40 min standing on another bus, another half hour walk & then paying £170 for suspension coil they should have spotted in any of the previous 3 visits. #car

Guess i should've known, but using a bus around 3-4pm isn't fun. Kids are the worst. If this is the future of the planet then I want to move somewhere else #bus

In other annoying news, now have a fight brewing with Tesco about a credit card charge. One I'll probably lose, and I doubt it's worth it for £2.49. But I'll put far more effort into it than can be sensibly justified anyway.

Car ready to be picked up - allegedly the cost has stayed at £170 rather than them randomly bumping it up, but we'll see. Can't wait to start the 2 and half hour journey to the garage in the rain. #car
