Summer and festival season are in full swing, and I’m loving every minute of it. Between shows, I’ve been making the most of my time exploring each city - eating great food, running into old friends, even squeezing in a boat trip and a bike ride in Amsterdam.

26 years ago today, I headlined Glastonbury’s Other Stage, a huge milestone in my career. I returned to Worthy Farm in 1999, and that set was released as a Radio 1 Essential Mix. Four years earlier, I became the first DJ ever to play the Pyramid Stage. What a time.

Found this old Polaroid of me at Home Nightclub, 1999. The final chapter of the superclub era, after Ministry of Sound & Gatecrasher. Home was truly iconic, and I was lucky enough to hold a residency there and record my 1999 Radio 1 Essential Mix within its walls.
