If anyone is interested in my book soon to be published, I’m on hospital radio this evening from 8.00 to 10.00pm. It’s my Covid journey, delirium, hallucinations, wellbeing, recovery. 30 day coma.

Hit 400 days of 10,000 or more steps a day, my best being just over 53,000 in one day. Just over 11 miles for my longest run. All training and setting goals start in the head. Thank you Nhs.

Today is the 366th day of me getting 10,000 steps or more. My best being just under 48,000 steps in one day. Couldn’t walk just under 3 years ago. Thankyou NHS.

2 Years ago yesterday I was coming out of a coma after nearly 30 days. To celebrate I walked up the three brethren in the borders, a beautiful day, I couldn’t walk or talk ( tracheotomy) 2 years ago. I also went to the gym after the walk. 41,000 steps yesterday. Thankyou NHS.👏

Beautiful walk this morning up Garvald law, a little over 1 mile from my home. With Edinburgh in the distance 15 miles or so.

A big Thankyou to nhs from me and my family, saving my life in March from coronavirus. Without the nhs I wouldn’t be having a Christmas meal today. I will raise a glass today to all nhs staff working today.🍺🥃.
