Progress toward real-time proving for Ethereum L1 is nothing short of extraordinary. In May, SP1 Hypercube proved 94% of L1 blocks in under 12 seconds using 160 RTX 4090s. Five months later Pico Prism proves 99.9% of the same blocks in under 12 seconds, with just 64 RTX 5090s.

Today, @aave experienced the largest stress test of its $75B+ lending infrastructure. The protocol operated flawlessly, automatically liquidating a record $180M worth of collateral in just one hour, without any human intervention. Once again, Aave has proven its resilience.

More people just learned that TEEs can be physically compromised. It's not news. TEEs aren't for permissionless proofs like ZK. But they *are* a way to provide a lot more trust in what would otherwise be centralized infra, to be sure it's running *exactly* what's claimed.
A new major attack of TEE blockchains just got published, and it’s bad. The attack lets anyone with physical access to a TEE node in a blockchain access all the encrypted data in it. The paper even includes 4 (!) proof of concepts attacks on existing mainnet chains. Anyone
