I find that this platform is best used to hold to account companies who provide poor service, this months ‘worst customer service award’ goes to @AmazonUK who have consistently failed to meet their delivery commitments (the last 7 orders have failed to be delivered on time)

Still no response from @PearsonVUE nearly 1-year later after several attempts at contacting them. What a useless company!!!!

Worst customer service lifetime award goes to @asksheilas I'm lying in my hospital bed recovering from open heart surgery after a quadruple bypass and get an email telling me they have cancelled my home insurance because my bank card has expired. Simple enough to fix but no! LAZY

To impose sanctions against the UK would be be taking steps back to 1812, President @realDonaldTrump isn't stupid and even if he didn't value the relationship between the US and the UK personally, it would be political suicide to trash that relationship now.

Very disappointed with the lack of service and urgency from @AXAHealth. 14-days later and still appear to be putting obstacles ahead of my health care. The lack of empathy and dare I say professionalism is astounding. A formal complaint to the @TheFCA is, I suspect, inevitable.

A surgeon just came to visit me and follow up “do you remember me?” he said. “You saved my life last week, I will never forget you and can never thank you enough” I replied. “I didn't think you would recognise me, thank you, you are very kind” was his reply. Wow, simply wow

Something positive in a world of negativity and bad. Today I woke up in hospital (my home for the next few weeks) to find this small gift from the hospital, it was totally unexpected and demonstrates that the smallest gesture can raise a smile. Thank You NHS

I believe we are all responsible for our own lives but some, especially those exposed to fame and fortune from a young age, often need more emotional support. Friendship and love are the most important things in life, money can’t buy either. I’m lucky to have ppl who care.

Cont….emotional support, just being there to listen would be a start but being tough is also important. 31-years old, that makes me angry but also sad. I can’t begin to imagine the pain of losing someone so close, so young.

This months worst customer service award goes to @CognitoForms @CognitoStatus who have ignored support requests for 7-days and when they eventually replied didn’t even bother to read the request!! If I don’t get a solution within the hour I will switch to and they lose 4.5yrs

The @SpotlightUK model like many others of the type is as far from “inclusive” as it could be. I have taken my concern to them directly but am still awaiting a response from ‘a person with significant control’. I can't go into too much detail, suffice to say the model is flawed.
