Hi it has been 9 days since I put in a missed bin collection (last bin collection was 14th sep ) I now have rats pulling out the bins … the street is an absolute mess and I wheelchairs can’t get passed for the bins taking up the pavement @GlasgowCC @Glasgow_Live @Glasgow_Times

Still laying like this ….. official complaint put in 7 days ago …..
On Monday 15th Sept I reported the blue bin missed collection it’s still sitting here, green bin was missed yesterday reported today the grey bin was collected today was supposed to be emptied 3 weekends ago, I have seen 2 rats on these bins #glasgow #rats @GlasgowCC

I switched to you guys a few days ago got my account number called & paid gas £50 and £50 electric (pre pay meter) it’s not on the meter yet and it’s not allowing me to upload a meter reading online, I was on hold yesterday for 1 hr and 10 mins with no resolution @scottishgas
