It was such an honor to present on fear/rigor & closing the achievement gaps at TCEA's conference. There were so many fantastic presenters and discussions. I hope to have that opportunity again! Thank you for all the feedback. #TCEA #edtech

If your students are like mine they have a hard time seeing how concepts can be applied in life. This is how ChatGPT can help your students see how functions are used and give you an amazing assignment. INSTRUCTIONS ON ATTACHED POST . #teachertwitter #edtech #ChatGPT

I'm excited to use my VR headsets again this year to have students see the settings that we read about in our books. My students don't travel much, so the imagery is priceless. I love technology. #edtech #education . .

The great failure of education is that we’ve taught students to fear failure–that greatness never fails, and so we’ve limited the potential of students because they are afraid to push their limits and fail instead of failing in order to see what they might succeed at. #education

If we want to fix education so that students truly reach their potential and make a real impact on themselves and their communities—then we have to fix the perception we have of failure.  We should not make failure the fear but the objective.

On hard days it’s a blessing to work directly across the hall from my bestie/wife. She kills it daily!

Does anyone else feel that the push for teachers to focus on relationships is partly because schools don’t have the resources to deal with student mental health?
