Was wondering why Air India keeps getting bashed on social media, especially after the Tata management. Flying Mum-Goa on business class (returning from New York). Harassment package for business class seems institutionalised check-in to boarding (inflight ??) @airindia.

Qatar Airways no longer deserves its rating. Service is down, customer service is sloppy & the booking site throws this up - now for the 12th time in a fortnight i am trying to book a ticket to New York on Business. The call center is only apologising with no course correction.
