NEW: @Partnership4NYC CEO @StevenFulop is skeptical of the 12 billion dollar deficit @NYCMayor presented. “I don’t know, I think you need more clarity and transparency about why it is,” says Fulop. He’s also against raising taxes, saying companies will make a decision.
