@IRCTCofficial If anything such happens to people while running who will be responsible? There is definitely something wrong with the Surat railway team. It has happened 4 times in one year. Investigation is needed and training also to the team on floor, it's their duty to make sure safety.

This happens all the time on surat station the railway team change platform and the train do not wait extra. Request to think of old people if such things occurred and ask station master on surat to help people if anything last minute they change platform. @IRCTCofficial.

Earlier month back my mom was traveling from surat to borivali. When she was on station all of the sudden at the last minute the announcement was made that the train would come on another platform. And the train did not waited any extra minutes. This is so wrong! @IRCTCofficial.

@passportsevamea as per this if a person is having a birth certificate S/he can be considered to be an Indian citizen. So why do u require parents documents after this for police verification in Mumbai?
