Yr 7 completed a 10 station circuit today. The pupils worked on cardiovascular endurance/muscular endurance & muscular 💪. As you can see, the effort and work ethic contributed to a great lesson. Well done gentlemen 👏 👏 👏. 💪 💪 💪

🏏 tournament 10/7: The players selected below will need to meet at 8:30 am in the new changing rooms. Please feel free to bring your equipment (bat, pads, box, etc). I envisage this will last all day from 10am-3pm. Transport will be provided to and from the venue. 🏏 🏏
