I named this preset 'Podracer' because it reminded me of that scene in Star Wars while designing the sound 🌠 The Iridium Core offers so many possibilities, especially the modulation matrix is a joy to program!

I can’t get enough of this sound.. doesn’t the Synthi A almost sound like a shooting star falling from the sky? ✨

What modulation sources do you use in your Eurorack or modular system in general? The usual LFO waveforms feel too predictable and repetitive for my ears at least.. I'm curious to hear what you use to make it sound more interesting!

I’m pretty blown away how crystal clear and somehow “different” the Iridium Core can sound, at least to my ears… As this is my first @WaldorfGmbH device I still have a lot to explore 🔥🔥

Which part of making music do you enjoy the least? For me it’s def the mixing process.. even though I find it fascinating, it just takes me way to long to get the mix where I want it. I hope I get way faster someday, it would save me so much time for composing & sound design 🫶

I'm surprised by how much this machine wants to be "performed"⁠ in a way. At least it seems to be easy to get into a flow state with it and create interesting variations with just a few simple steps 🎛️🎛️

I'm getting closer and closer to making my studio look like the bridge of the Starship Enterprise 🫡

I hope it grows into a full blown song.. I could listen to the Matriarch sequence for hours ✨️🔭⁠
