I feel like a lot of VC funds and big companies still have Gen X running marketing. That’s why you see thumbnails that look like PPT covers and edits that feel like corporate decks. But their target audience is Gen Z and young millennials. This audience cares about design,.

A poorly produced podcast is worse than no podcast. Sloppy design, weak editing, no story = negative brand equity.

Your one podcast episode can become:. - 1 YouTube video.- 10 short clips.- 1 blog post.- 1 newsletter issue.- Dozens of tweets. Each of these isn’t just a standalone content piece, they all feed back into the original podcast episode, creating a loop that builds a loyal audience.

Episode #222: with guest .@SeanEcom is live! . Sean is the CEO of Ridge Wallet, the brand that redefined men’s wallets with its sleek, rugged, RFID-blocking design. Men’s fashion rarely prioritizes accessories, and wallets are something most guys replace once a decade—yet Ridge

Most founders underestimate how much post production matters in podcasts. - A sloppy thumbnail = people don't click.- No proper structure = no retention.- Poor audio = people drop off. Production isn’t just an optional thing now.It is how you show you care about quality.

I’m not the biggest fan of short-form content. But when it comes to podcasts, it works really well. A strong hook grabs attention. A cliffhanger or an intriguing moment keeps viewers curious. These clips pull people into the full episode, or at least into the exact section.

Lastly, I think you guys have absolutely nailed the description and timestamps game. I’d recommend adding relevant tags as well, and maybe integrating the logo within the video for stronger branding. Feel free to integrate these ideas and use the video/thumbnail. I genuinely.

Intros/Precap. With YouTube’s hover autoplay, the opening seconds are very important. A compelling intro should do two things:. - spark curiosity and pull the viewer in. - give a quick preview of what they’ll get from the interview. Think of it as a “short trailer” for the

Thumbnails and Title. Probably the most important metric. If people don’t click, they never watch and you’ve only got a couple of seconds to win their attention. Keep thumbnails simple, clean, and to the point with minimal text (5-6 words at max). A consistent theme can be

This video is one of the best performing videos of the channel. It's one of our best works. But editing is not the reason why this video is performing well. It's the content. Editing can improve retention, portray information in a better way, etc etc. But it can't solely

Your first video doesn’t need to look like a movie, just record a Loom. Your first podcast doesn’t need a fancy studio, Google Meet is fine. Stop waiting for perfect. Just post.
