Feeling very emotional seeing this image. When we started the @WYpartnership #UnpaidCarers programme #YoungCarers told us they felt invisible. Today on #YoungCarersActionDay we are putting them front and centre on a BILLBOARD. A huge Thank You to Tom for being so brave!

This work is fundamental to the success and continuing progress of our services and the system @WYpartnership because #UnpaidCarers are fundamental to both. Itโ€™s the kind of thing that is never in the headlines - an army of support that needs our support. @shutcakeโ€™s team ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฟ

As a system we ensured that approaches and framework within West Yorkshire were consistent, but also flexible enough to meet local demographic and needs. As a result we identified 50,000 unpaid carers eligible for the covid-19 vaccination during Cohort 6.
