No Gucci gym needed... A garage, some rusty weights, a bag of chalk...all combined with some grit and hard work is all that's required.

Nearly same pic as last time but different leg day...a good quad pump this morning. The result of heavy squats.

Solid pump on pull day today. The weighted chins really sealed the deal with pauses at the top and a full stretch at the bottom.

Having no time is a BS excuse. If you give it as one, deep down inside you know it...and so does the person you're telling it too.

Early morning leg days come at you hard. Heavy squats and heavy RDLs - nothing fancy, simple even. Lean into it...learn to enjoy it. It separates you from everyone else.

The garage gym is started to get colder in the mornings...it sucks. I much prefer the summer. Either way, we train hard.

Up 3 pounds and abs still present... everything is good so far. I might try shooting for an additional 100-150 calories a day in the near future. Bulks are fun.

The fluerecent lights of the garage gym hit just right this morning. Also, get that sun while you still can before winter hits...

It turns out I need direct forearm stimulation to get them to grow...only took 30+ years to figure out. I'm 3 months in to training them, with results starting to show. Can't wait to see where I'll be at Xmas time.

Up a couple of pounds now with noticable strength increases with the increase in calories. Slamming the lower body too for more mass...no more f'ing around. Time to lock in and put on some serious muscle.

Pull day in the books. A great way to start the weekend.

I'm up about 400 calories a day and the core is still more or less intact. I'm up about 2 lbs too...good sign.

You don't need anything fancy. It's not the equipment, it's you.

Taking progress pics has been a game changer as its highlighted some weak points that I otherwise had difficulty seeing. I've adjusted my workouts and my physique has improved because of it.
