Slowly getting back everyday to what is “normal”. I cannot say enough how extremely grateful I am for everyone around me helping and encouraging me. I have started to cut and move a lot more and it feels great! Cheering my team on as they are in Florida!

Finally starting to feel like a true athlete again! I’ve been working hard every week and everyday to get back out on the soccer field. I have been improving every single day and in doing so, I’ve been moving better and doing so many more things to get me where I need to be!

What do you want to know?.

4 months out today since surgery! Today I got to start the Bridge program and I am so excited to keep moving forward. I had the opportunity to work on some different movements and I felt great! So grateful for everyone who has been helping me in every possible way!

So happy to have gotten my brace and started running, even passing the soccer ball! So grateful to everyone who has been helping me and pushing me. Beacon has really done so much for me during this journey and couldn’t do it with them!

Recovering from torn ACL when I had surgery July 25, 2024. 11 weeks post surgery and working hard everyday to improve. I get my running brace soon, so can’t wait to start some jogging to start off! All going as planned thanks to everyone around me and God above looking over me.
