I believe some people are experiencing the feeling of losing hope, to God. Barth's character is the representative of that situation. If we do deserve to call him as demon, means we also deserve to be called demon, no? Acting as saint & pointing finger to Barth who lost, worse.

They both realized something and that's uncommon, but adressing him as "satan", I think you guys just didn't get it. The series is supposed to make us understand their struggle, right? Then, do we even deserve to consume this type of media when we still address Barth that way?

I hope you guys are kinder to Barth bcs someone like Barth might be around us. Life gets hard and Barth just lost and began questioning everything. He nearly lost hope to life and God. That's why he transferred to that school, no?
