Always find it so interesting when I see random little god given attributes that are unique to only few players. Doue has and will score goals that you’ll think and realize you’ve never seen before

-standing leg all the same. unique. Scary. I felt frightened every time he looked to shoot. I realized he strikes the ball from a sudden stand or a moving awkwardness as if he ran onto it, as if he isn’t in a crowd, as if he’s running on a cloud with thors hammer in both feet

-could do that? And I can’t name a single one outside of… possibly Neymar ??? … maybe ???? And even the little pop shots he had against Spain. It’s as if he strikes the same with or without back lift, with or without balance, with or without even time to put power in his-

-I instantly thought to myself, that was natural… he meant to do that… he could do that again if given the chance… no one else on the pitch could contort their body in the box with such pace and strike the ball so cleanly and accurately. How many players in world football-

Something else on Doue I forgot to mention is his ball striking. It’s freaky. And I don’t get how it’s not talked about more. It’s very unique and I wish I noticed it sooner. I didn’t notice how strange it was until his random toe poke shot Vs. Liverpool in the 2nd leg-
Extremely slimy, angle-less, ambidextrous, and robust in his running. Doue is much closer to being an Olmo/Bellingham/Nkunku then being any sort of Neymar/Yamal lol

Leao too… but he’s his own story… hard to speak on him without his own tangent and thread

Every 6 months his understanding of time and calmness in chaos increases. He’s already a 120 million pound player. He’s already competing with Vinicius to be the best LW in the world https://t.co/wygZFmLeAK
Look Barcola’s strides. How in control of his movements he is. Such an interesting, long player. Pray mantis

This season Barcola has absolutely mastered his body. He’s done a full Vinicius and understood how to maximize his attributes. He’s fully became the best transitional player in world football and an absolute superstar waiting to either take over at PSG or somewhere else..
Something I’ve noticed about Barcola is how understanding he is of his own body. He knows he’s long, he knows he’s a bit awkward. But he uses his mechanics to maximum potential. Something you don’t see too often in younger attackers.

Key words, stubbornness. An attribute that the PSG and Barcelona midfield have in abundance. The stubbornness to refuse to play to how the opponent wishes you would. The insistence on possession and wanting the feeling the dominance. Refusing to allow momentum swings
Bouncy, balanced, stubborn midfielders. A high line/intensity possession based team’s nightmare. Refusal to kick it long, insistence on holding on, winning the foul, finding the solution.

-Classico my mind was made up. This is world footballs best player. There’s no one that has reached this level

-to see in profession men’s sport. Lamine began the year taking over football at the Euros and as the season went on he took it over again and showed world football a level of attacking football nobody even came close to matching. The moment he scared in the 2nd La Liga-

-the polarizing direct flairy nature to his play. Yamal has an aura to him that I’ve only ever felt for 3 players, Messi, Ronaldo, and Mbappe. An ice cold feeling. A feeling of being in absolute control over all your movements and those around you. A flow state that’s very rare-

I wish the Balon Dor criteria was less biased toward INT tournaments and how you end rather then your entire culmination of a year. Salah has a very convincing case for it this year but Yamal trumps him in the level of domination he exerts, the unstoppable feeling to his play,-

For the most part the Balon Dor has been accurate almost all years except 2018 and whatever last year was. This year should be Lamine. The most interesting, threatening, and frightening player on every pitch he’s touched this year

That doesn’t necessarily mean he’s dead on to win it, I saw Bellingham run football last year and have one of the most convincing Balon Dor seasons ever and come 3rd. But I’m just a pointing out the obvious and saying who should win it

Also Lamine Yamal is this years Balon Dor winner. This is his year. He ran football this year. He will and he should be holding that Balon Dor later this year. And he’ll absolutely deserve it.

Difference is I can already promise you Huijsen won’t be forced to take an amount of responsibility even a prime Van Dijk would struggle with be forced to be a channel covering CB when he was born to be a strikers CB. It’s a thin line being a CCB in this world…

It’s funny seeing identical players have vastly different perceptions. Doesn’t hit so much as his reputation is slowly healing but you realize Huijsen and Maguire are pretty much identical twins right? Huijsen maybe a little more ambidextrous but that’s about it…
