It can be anything that you value about yourself as a designer. E.g Empathy

Do you think you are a unique designer!? if the answer no, then I bet you haven't figured out what makes you unique. Do this exercise in order to define your values as a designer. Create your own inventory of things that you are good with.

@rachelhxw I think many people just react out of their state of mind, unfortunately they don’t know how to process their pains of life and they somehow express it around here and there in form of hatred, jealousy, ego and even violence. I feel bad for them .
