Reflecting on the week we've just had heading into the weekend. 1. Be proactive, make sure your finances are protected, split up money, use different assets, different locations 2. Spend time with friends and family 3. Most of us are sleep deprived. Rest, recover, clear the mind

one thing to improve on this bear market is to see which CT accounts are just out here acting like typical "influencers" vs those who really give out good advice (financially & psychologically)
