Finally it's out, my experiment in all-monospace web! https://t.co/nfk8BAbDxJ I've tried to include a bunch of different elements to showcase the idea. Many more things could be added and supported. I've had a lot of fun with this so far!

His excitement dropped somewhat when we had to dig through the escape code tables but otherwise a fun project!

Programming a game with my 5yo using an eink tablet, termux, python, and a render loop with ANSI escape codes and emojis as characters. Quite wholesome indeed.

I'm starting to seriously doubt my ability to assess what writing will get read. Don't know what to make of it. Write for my own sake, ignoring the engagement numbers, I guess?

I never realized "you build it, you run it" in DevOps is addressing two different teams. It all makes sense now.

I'm not used to work with steel. It feels weird and dangerous. I prefer wood, but in this case requirements were had.

Second project: fireplace floor protector. Cut out the steel plate with a grinder, lots of sanding, and now finishing with black linseed oil paint. Somewhat unique I'm guessing.

Took some breaks from logic to build a custom threshold board this week. A million weird angles and height differences hidden after hours of carving and grinding. Not extremely happy with the seal along the walls but overall it turned out nice.

However, temporal conjunctions (e.g. always P /\ eventually Q) that happen to fail at the same state will result in composite errors.

Turns out this was partly a bad idea. You want both sides of a conjunction within a single state, but for conjunctions over time, you want short circuiting, because tests should fail as soon as possible.
