JT bought into our process which has helped him run a 21% K-BB rate this fall. These past 8 weeks have been monumental in his development. The work isn’t finished, but I’m excited to see where @JTDrake55 is at come spring!! #developmentU 🐻⬇️

Movement Quality: First order of business was getting JT to move better. As you can see, JT came in with the inability to unweight at the top of his leg lift and really struggled with raw force production. He also struggled with his COM velo
