printing your own is a good way to cut costs. I hope this gets resolved soon and fanbases release a clear statement. Last con, we were allowed to print our own, but with the event just 2 weeks away, shipping time might be an issue if ppl use printing services

I also think that lamp post banners and roll-down banners should not be combined under the same poll category, as these take place at different settings—lamp post banners are displayed outside the venue, while roll-down banners are used during the event proper.

5) If inquiries about lamp post banners were already made in December 2025, may I ask why the fanbase did not push through with the project at that time and instead set it aside while waiting for other suggestions?

4.5) Who will be designing the roll-down banners? Will this be a commissioned design, or will it be handled by the fanbase’s creative team? Hopefully, there’ll be a voting process for this.

4) May I ask how many roll-down banners will be produced, and why the estimated cost is around ₱21,000? It would be better for the fanbase to find a manufacturer and base the fundraising goal on an official quotation rather than on estimated prices.

3) One ream of assorted colored paper (brand: avia colors, 250 sheets) costs around ₱200–₱250, so I would like to ask why a ₱5,000 budget is needed for the paper stars. Although I saw that this project is sponsored, the allocated budget still seems excessive for its scope.

2) Why is there a need for a ₱50,000 fund allocation for the dandelion project when other ppl can diy and/or purchase the materials through the shopee links provided. This amount could possibly be reallocated to other fan projects or used to lower the overall costs.

1) A ₱90k fundraising goal for star hand banners is quite high. If there is a canva link design available MOAs may be able to print the banners on their own, which could help reduce costs. Printing shops offer hand banner printing services for around ₱4-7.

I would just like to ask a few questions regarding the fan projects and to request some updates. If these projects aren’t approved, it raises concerns about where the collected funds will go and how they will be used after the funmeet event.

It seems like @MOAbuhayAcademy hasn’t been checking their dms, so I’ll be posting my inquiries publicly instead. This way, they can properly address the concerns since many people have already been asking for updates and this needs to be answered. No to ghost projects 🤓☝🏼
