After the repeated cases I saw in the clinic, I think it is important to address this. A lot of men have "worms" in the body but they don't know until it has caused a lot of damage. VARICOCELE is becoming an important cause of reduced fertility in many young men and should be.

That's why Urology was actually one of my favourite posting. Official day off per week & 2 staggered weekends even when I was the only registrar for 3months. Good place, good people. Even the patients were very hilarious ๐. They took us out for lunch when the posting ended.

They told us then that Surgical Residents couldn't go on leave because they would miss out on cases that would come during that period. Lmao. I have never heard something more ridiculous. Thank God we fought it and it stopped.
Denying doctors going on their annual leave is also an aspect to be looked into critically! . Why are we denied leave?! .Why?! .Canโt just wrap my head around it!.
