Joined April 2025
I'm 20. And I used to be the last person who'd take Karate seriously. But today? I have a crazy goal to join the USA National Karate Team. Here's how I plan to join: • 1/ The Game (How I'll Make The National Team) Stage One: The Gap Everyone who competes at National Team

"Will I regret not going to college?" "Am I too old to go international in karate?" "Is it possible for me to heal fully from this injury?" I asked everyone for their opinions. Never the person who truly mattered. Myself.

I'd spend hours researching the perfect exercise form. Many tabs open. Skimming everything. Looking for the best method. Hours later, I still hadn't done a single rep. Research is just procrastination if you never apply it.

I eat kimchi almost daily now. Anti-aging for skin and organs. Probiotics for gut health. Boosts immune system. Reduces inflammation. Weight loss. Korean superfood.

Believing the outcome is already written freed me. I stopped overthinking in tournaments. Started expressing myself fully. If it's predestined, why hold back? Might as well do my best.

I've been in situations I hated. Stressed. Unhappy. But I did nothing. Why? I was more scared of the unknown than staying miserable.

I stopped waiting for the "perfect time." Course I wanted? Bought it. Mentor I wanted? Hired them. X account? Started it. The perfect time is when you decide. You make it perfect by taking action.

Knuckle push-ups are "dangerous." I've done them for 3 months. Started on yoga mat. Now on concrete. Taught me how to punch properly. Hands feel stronger, bones denser. Mental confidence boost.

Want to make diet and training easier? Compete in something. I'm training for USA National Team trials. Every habit supporting that goal became automatic. Big competition = natural motivation. Find yours.

I was eating a bowl of pomegranate seeds. Got curious about the benefits. Looked it up: - High in polyphenols (protects the body from stress) - Improves blood flow - Anti-aging - Better sports performance Delicious too.

Saw this weird fruit in the clearance section. Mexican guava. Never heard of it. Tried it anyway. 4x more vitamin C than oranges. More potassium than bananas. High in polyphenols (reduces inflammation, helps body handle stress). Reduces inflammation.

I bought a red light therapy device 3 months ago. One of my best investments. I use it daily while: - Listening to Spanish podcasts - Doing breathwork - Visualizing Releases collagen. Reduces inflammation. Faster recovery from workouts.

11 months ago, I started fasting 24+ hours once a week. Been consistent ever since. HGH spike. Autophagy. Easier muscle growth. But the best part? I get so much more done on fast days. No meal prep. No eating time. Just work.

Raw milk has been a before-and-after change for me. Stronger bones. Healthier gut. Easier muscle growth. As a martial artist, I feel the difference. Practically every nutrient in one drink.

Spent hours watching top kata athletes yesterday. (Kata = the forms part of karate) Thought I was wasting time. Then I found it. The technique I couldn't figure out for weeks. What felt negative actually taught me something.

Your body is stronger than you think. The mind limits you. When I train thinking "I'm injured"? Injuries flare up. When I train believing "my body is strong"? I heal faster. Change your thoughts. Your body will follow.

I was a different person last year. Last year: Injured. Depressed. Thought karate was over. Listened to people online: "Rest. Avoid training. It takes years to heal." This year: Competing for the USA National Team. What changed? I found people who actually solved the
