Good Afternoon,. Darwin feeds are now available again using OpenWire protocols. The service should now be fully restored and accessible using both STOMP and OpenWire.

Darwin Pushport was brought back online for STOMP users only at 13:30 today. Work is ongoing to restore OpenWire users connectivity.

Good morning all, . Please be aware there is currently an outage of the Darwin Pushport service, this is being investigated urgently by our engineering team.

We are currently aware of ongoing stability issues affecting the availability of Darwin some static feed services, investigation in to this is still currently ongoing.

The publicdatafeeds real-time feeds are back and up and running again. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The issue experienced on the 1st May has been resolved. Schedules for Sunday 30th April and Monday 1st May have been regenerated.

Good morning, . The processing of the latest schedule cif file has been delayed due to this not being received in to our platform yesterday evening. We have requested an updated file and will make this available as soon as we receive it. Apologies for any inconvenience.

The planned maintenance window has now been completed and the service fully restored.

Please be aware that at 1PM today 5th April there will be a brief outage of the public datafeeds while essential maintenance is carried out, the maintenance window is expected to last 5-10 minutes and a further update will be posted once complete.

Following the weekend issues with missing schedule files, the missing files have all been retrieved and processed these should now be available.

Our schedule file processing has been delayed due to an incoming schedule file issue. Our engineers are working on a resolution. Please be aware the resolution may not be in place until the working week. Apologies for any inconvenience.

We have requested the full copy of the file be resent and will process this as soon as it is received which will be Monday. Apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused.

Good morning, .The Weekly schedule file that we have received is again incomplete and as such has not been processed. We are still working with NR and the PSS team to determine a root cause and fix for this.

Further to the above this restart has now been completed and the platform should be available again as normal.

This will take several minutes and normal operation should resume at around 15:55. A further update will be sent once this restart has been completed.

Good Afternoon, We are currently experiencing some performance issues on the publicdata feeds platform due to unusual activity. In order to rectify this we will be performing a restart of the services at 15:45.

In relation to the root cause of the recent issues we have been working with the NR PSS team who have proposed a possible solution, we will be working with them to implement this during the course of this week.
