i'm as stubborn as a mule.

i’m being held at gunpoint by people who want me to stop being insecure and sell my drawings. i don't know where to start, i just draw for my own enjoyment. how do people even price things, mine holds no value to me. i feel bad charging anything for what i make.

maybe it’s time i stop returning to my childhood memories every time i paint.

i rarely feel happy with how my drawings turn out. it’s the process i enjoy most. if it's something personal, it feels relieving as i’m making it but when it’s finished, i’m just left alone with whatever i poured into it. besides my lack of technical skill.

i'm painting something

oftentimes while i'm painting, i put on random videos i come across. people talking to their cameras about their lives. they rarely have more than 50 views. i enjoy listening to others share their experiences, especially when they're so different from mine.

to be clear, i'm not a big fan of žižek. i've had people dm me calling me 'cultured' or 'cool' for engaging with his ideas, which is a bit of a stretch. i don't share many of his opinions. i read and listen out of curiosity, not agreement.
