I had to sit on this for a bit. I really wanted to respond, and needed to find the right way to do it. No way I could fit this within the 280 limit so please excuse the image.
No disrespect to Riot and the design team, but I think I speak for everyone that if a bundle doesn’t come with alternate color ways and special effects, the bundle is already chalked. So much potential with this one, too.

Today marks 7 years I’ve been at Riot and on VALORANT! So much of what is live today still has roots that go back that far. I remember my first week, we were prototyping the character that would become Omen, and I made the knife that would eventually become Reaver!

Today I celebrate 6 years at Riot and on VALORANT. Every year on my work anniversary I celebrate by getting donuts and it’s only fitting that a new Randy’s has just opened less then half a mile from my gym.. time to erase whatever fitness progress I made this morning :)

I am so excited for left hand mode! It took a little bit to get all the bugs worked out but Im glad we finally got this in! Being forced to play right handed was definitely not a great experience and im glad we now give the option to switch!

A lot of developers get upset about leaks, and rightfully so depending on the impact of it. That said I love that something like this was an avenue to help a subset of the Valorant community grow and evolve.

What a journey it’s been to see this be developed. The team originally started on the idea for this back in 2019 and we kept pushing it back and restarting because it never felt quite right. Happy to see it finally get to a place that really hits that edgelord dark fantasy vibe!

So after not playing ranked for a long time, I started this act in Bronze 2. I honestly tried to yolo Reyna frag my way up and out of silver (which worked for a bit) but got frustrated by my team having no smokes, so I switched it up and think I might've found a new main!

For the first time in over 3 years, I've actually completed the battlepass! I always get to about lv30-40 and just buy my way to the end if I really want the content, and this time around my grind back into gold helped me complete this a whole 2 weeks before the act ends.

The Reaver Operator was one of the very first skins made for Valorant all the way back in 2018!! We hadn't even finished the full set of base weapons at the time and we needed to take a stab at what skins could potentially be in the game.

we've been hard at work sourcing the best and rarest butterflies from across the globe. covid has limited our capability to travel to see these marvelous creatures so we had to rely on a slow and delicate process of having them sent to us for evaluation before we can release them

My manager early in my career had to tell me to go home “on time” almost every day. I never listened. I should’ve listened. I was less efficient/effective, and the extra time/work I put in wasn’t really respected by “corporate.” Moreso it was expected. Always balance yourself
It bothers me when I hear young employees talk about work/life balance at an early stage of their lives. Work your butt off at the beginning, make money, save it and then later in life aim for work/life balance as you will need it with kids and partners etc. this is my POV
