Why doesn't our money go to improving the railways, instead of private shareholders?

Will the two @Pod_Point chargers at @Tesco long Eaton be making a return anytime soon? They are much needed in the area

additionally, originally there were 4 chargers at Tesco Long eaton which were free, now there are only 2 which are paid. Will the other chargers be making a return? arguably they need more then 2-4? @Pod_Point @Tesco
