The DCE saga continues to roll on and the rumors about if the Roosters are getting cold feet or if he should retire at the end of the year. DCE to the Roosters has been a statement for months but can anyone tell me why he hasn't signed? It makes no sense why it drags on and on.

Dave is not only forgetting the player turnover, the number of players who debut this season but were the only team to play 3 games without their origin players. They also played over half the year without their halfback and all year without a recognized hooker.
On NRL360 @DaveRic1 said the Roosters season had been disappointing. I never was of the belief it was a rebuilding year. He expected the Chooks to play in the Grand final.
