It’s something I sometimes do when I’m alone—try covering half of Vox’s face. Maybe because he has odd eyes and his eyes are often asymmetrical in size, each side feels different when you look at them separately.

I think Alastor and Vox often seem like a couple who were in a long-term relationship for over ten years and then broke up, or like a divorced married pair. In reality, they never dated, and Alastor even said they weren’t friends—but still.

Even if Vox would never admit it to himself, he’d be glad that his true rival is Alastor. If he were to see a scene where Charlie says something like, “If only Alastor were here,” because of Vox, he would definitely feel proud.

Vox acts as if Alastor is nothing special, but in truth, he believes more than anyone that Alastor is an extraordinary being. And if Alastor really were insignificant and worthless, then how miserable would Vox himself be—someone who was defeated and mocked by a person like that?

People don’t usually seek approval from someone they hate. At best, the feeling is more like, “Who do you think you are?”

I would’ve simply killed them with the weapon I got from Carmilla. At the very least, I wouldn’t save killing them as a last resort—I’d do it the moment an opportunity presented itself.

I like that Vox only tried to die together with everyone—including Alastor—after everything had completely fallen apart. If I could do whatever I wanted to someone I truly hated, I wouldn’t keep them around just to show off how impressive I am.

How big can Alastor actually get? In Season 1, he grew to about the size of a building, but seeing that shadow in Season 2 made me wonder if that’s his maximum size. I’m curious what a fight between Alastor and Vox would have been like if Alastor had been at his peak.

Imagine your friend has a habit you can’t stand and still hasn’t fixed after decades. You tease them using that habit and they fall for it—how could that not be funny? This idiot is really still living like this, lol.

I really love this scene. It feels like the kind of reaction you’d have when a close friend or family member does something incredibly stupid. He probably would’ve mocked Adam or Lucifer too—but when it comes to Vox, he genuinely looks like he’s having fun.
