You should write your own undergraduate thesis. It is the barest minimum. You can have someone review or edit or proofread but you should actively conduct your own research, piece data together and put out a final dissertation. Don't just contract that out. Why? 🤷♀️

Just make your findings well. I remember trying to apply to a firm once, I checked the website then looked up the principal. Found news saying he was LPDCd for owing rent, office rent to his landlord. Who am I, a junior staff that he won't be able to owe? I looked elsewhere.

Per the referenced Kenyan decision, it is not a law. Only a judicial precedence interpreting a section of the Kenyan constitution on equality of spouses during dissolution of marriage. Essentially, the Supreme Court ruled that parties who want any share of matrimonial property
Kenya passed a law that says that you leave with ONLY what you came into the marriage with.
Let's say the husband of a 47 yr old woman who got married at 19 & worked in the home as a full time house wife, divorces her on a whim, she will leave with the assets she had at 19.

Even if I got a job in government and earned a salary lower than my lowest paid employee I would still work all hours at it anyway.
Because I don't work for money, I work for impact. Whether I am at bank, or on an unpaid board, or in a government job, the effort won't change.
