And this is probably over last 7-8 years, between Food and Instamart. I’ll move all my business to @zomato and @bigbasket_com because of this disgusting experience and lousy customer support

Send them any information about my booking. I reached out to Dineout team and it’s possible that worst customer support I have spoken to in recent time. They gave me a 200 coupon which never worked. The chat option also doesn’t connect and today when I spoke to ur floor superviso
