بالنسبة للسؤال الاخير : .فيه research position بتكون مدفوعة الأجر بس الأولوية لحملة الجنسية الامريكة او الجرين كارد. اما بالنسبة للكلينيكال اكسبيرينس مكلفة نوعا ما، و اذا كنت طالع على فيزا سياحيه ما بنصحك تشتغل معها اشي لانه تعتبر مخالفة.

الله يبارك فيك يا رب، بالنسبة الاختصاص في امريكا اكثر ميزة فيها انه نسبياً سهل تحصل fellowship بعد الانتهاء من برنامج الاقامة. احنا كاجانب اكثر الناس بتروح باطني و اطفال. التخصصات الثانية اصعب شوي تطلع النا.
