Moron!!! Enforce the laws already in place - any dog off lead with no recall is already a law never enforced! My XL has been attacked by ridge backs, labradors and smaller dogs whilst he is on lead and never attacked back!! Bring in licenses for ownership!
It’s clear the American XL Bully dog is a danger to our communities. I’ve ordered urgent work to define and ban this breed so we can end these violent attacks and keep people safe.
