I crossed 7 million views on LinkedIn. A couple of interesting things:
1. I don't use LinkedIn analytics as a main indicator. I don't check it very often. I use positive qualitative signals:
- post/comments where people tag me,
- direct messages,
- inbound requests from

Everyday is an adjective we use to describe something that’s seen or used every day. It means “ordinary” or “typical.”
Every day is a phrase that simply means “each day.”
My clients (early-stage SaaS): we already tried marketing. It doesn't work.
Me: what did you try?
My clients: we tried ads.
Me: 😤
Marketing isn't ads. Marketing doesn't start with ads.
Ads amplify what already works. You can't run ads without a clear website, social proof,
We all DON'T have the same 24 hours in a day. Places I've worked from since the war started:
- corridor (basement)
- the other side of my occupied city (because we didn't have the internet)
- the area near the frontline
- roof
- hospital
- buses
- shops
- bed
- dentist's office
The war divided us for 660 days. All my family escaped the war zone in 2022. My grandmother refused to relocate.
She couldn't cope with the fact that she lost her home.
She is 87. We're together again.

1/ Take inventory of your resources.
2/ Find a water source.
3/ Seek or create shelter.
4/ Locate a food source.
5/ Stay calm and assess the situation (easier said than done).
6/ Use everything at your disposal.
My awful

3. Nobody responds why.
Can you help, please?

My awful Product Hunt launch as a Hunter:
1. We were №1 all day and night. I was super proud because the second place had a famous founder (the designer of the cartoon people you see on websites). The 3rd — $30M startup.
And we were №1. Can you imagine our excitement?

2 Get another sock. The worst case? You won’t have a pair either.
3. Get another sock. The worst case? Three different colored socks, so you still haven’t got a pair.
4. Get another one. Done ✅

I still count unhappy people in the forest. And it's still 0.
I was tired on my way to the forest. But on my way back, I was flying.
It's definitely not a coincidence.
@MindHaste
Because we're afraid of change.
Because we would have to start over.
Because what we have is sad but comfortable.
Because we were sure we could make this work.
Because what if we regret it?

That's how:
1. Define your positioning.
2.
A typical tech website visit:
1/ Battle with all but essential cookies.
2/ Try to figure out what all this jargon means.
3/ Stop the auto-playing video.
4/ Close the support widget.
5/ Close the "subscribe to our newsletter" pop-up.
6/ Thinking "why did I open this website?"
How to create a SaaS website structure? What pages should you include?
Here's a simple example you can use as inspiration ⬇️
Please note: your website structure should be unique. It depends on your product, positioning, messaging, and strategy.
Happy Holidays from me and my Christmas trees 🌲🌲🌲
I hope we'll have peace, health, and wellness in 2024.

Eugene Schwartz is one of the best copywriters in history. What's the secret?
"I Write With My Ears.
Copywriting is the simplest of all possible jobs.
Lazy ears produce bad ads. Here’s what I’ve discovered about sharpening mine:
1. Sit down with the owner of the product —
@engineers_feed
1. You had to do unreasonable work during the interviews.
2. Employees refer to themselves as a “family.”
3. They provide vague answers to direct questions.
4. They are rude.
5. No opportunities for growth.
6. Inflated salary.
7. High turnover.
I already haven't achieved my monthly resolutions. And ruined most goals.
- 6 people (all inbound requests) are waiting for my response now. And I didn't respond on time.
- I work late at night. Not connected with the hustle culture. Connected with my family members and my
