RT @Adam_Tehc: PUMP is up +60% since they started bull-posting their on-chain stats on the timeline. Coincidence? I think not.

We had an interesting discussion with @SeoulDataLabs on navigating the analytics space, building visibility among other things discussed. Thank you so much for the insight.
Lately, I’ve had quite a few people reach out asking how I do things on Dune and with blockchain data. So… I’ve decided to do something about it. I’m starting a small mentorship circle of 3–5 beginner analysts for the next 3 months, completely FREE.

Note to Builders: Analytics doesn’t end when the graph renders. It ends when users feel heard, supported, and confident enough to keep coming back.

The products that endure are not the ones with the prettiest dashboards only, but the ones that combine charts with voices, metrics with meaning. Builders who dig beneath the surface don’t just see what’s happening, they understand or sort to know why it happens.

And here’s the thing, quality feedback is also your cheapest marketing. A user who feels heard will refer your product without being asked. In WhatsApp groups, on Telegram channels, in casual conversations these recommendations travel further than any paid ad.

Support is part of analytics. Every unanswered ticket is churn waiting to happen. Every unacknowledged complaint is a datapoint you ignored.

One of the reasons I will always use some apps for my transactions is because of their support system, and this has happened more than once. I tried making a withdrawal and there was a glitch. I reached out to their support and got it resolved in minutes.

That’s where feedback and quality support comes in. Surveys, WhatsApp group chats, Telegram rants, customer interviews, even angry emails, they are all analytics too. They add the human layer to the numbers.

A funnel might show high sign-ups but low transactions. The real question is whether users struggled with trust, fees they didn’t understand, a feature they misunderstood for another thing or simply an app too heavy for their phones.

A retention chart might show that users drop off after week one. What it won’t show is whether they left because onboarding was confusing, or because support never replied when it mattered most.

Product builders need to realize that analytics goes beyond charts and graphs. Yea dashboards matters they show adoption curves, conversion funnels, transaction volume, daily users spikes among other things but numbers alone rarely tell the whole story.
