Ohh honey, don’t tell porkie pies! That bill has LNP finger prints all over it. The only thing you don’t like about it is that you aren’t the one passing it. Australia is the most over legislated in the western world when it comes to stifling speech and making sure govt wins.

I support education over any business, but in a time when being connected is needed in modern life, isolating regional Australia is a really bad move. Don't "if this why not that!" when it comes to regional Australia. Maybe we could have education instead of nuke boats?

I'm really not based because of my aviation bent, I'm usually all "Let the private sector company fail dammit!" But this would absolutely isolate so many small towns it isn't funny. It's a 7 hour drive from Eden to either Sydney or Melbourne, REX is the only way to get places.
So the government will bailout an airline but not provide support for higher education?! Cool. Cool.

@angry_eyebrow Looks to me like you (lessor) can't terminate other than for a breach within the lease period (before terminating date). Once the terminating date has been reached, then you can give 6 months notice to end the holding over occupancy. I'm not a lawyer, but I am on twitter.

I hate govt overreach against private citizens, which this “no 16yo social media!” Thing is. There’s actual science behind the ban, but how about parents do that not govt? HOWEVER! There could be a business opportunity for me. Do I use this to make money or take a stand?
