maybe it doesn't come natural to them but society drilled it into them anyway. they just choose not to engage. the trans women i know are the opposite: they care deeply, love receiving social/relational information, but don't know all the subtle ways to prompt it or seek it out

out of all the trans women i've ever interacted with irl, not one has contradicted my findings lol. it's not even that all c1s women do this, they don't, it's just that usually the ones who don't are the ones who don't care. in one way or the other, they are aware of how it works
