The OHSWCA proudly announces the inaugural winner of the Mark Zimmer Most Outstanding Wrestler Award for the 2018-19 season to Liberty senior Carson Kharchla. Carson won the Division 1, 170 lb State Championship, his second title. His season Record was 31-0.
